Reap off by telkom

I just feel Telkom reaps off its customers. I first got this contract, the first month I was charged for 2 months. Which this was not told when I got the contract. Then I was charged out of bundles. Lesson learned and I charged my permanent spending limit at Carnival Mall. I now just change monthly spending and buy data. When my data is finished, I get an email that my data is finished. I now spoke to Sihle Mzobe and he was explaining this long stories. I just don't get why I am still charged out of bundle. Telkom is a reap off. My first problematic cellphone contract. Regret it.
