Really useless service

firstly it is impossible to contact the store via their land-line as it just rings and when i went to the store and advised a consultant about this his response was that it is a walk-in store and that is why the phone just rings, what a pathetic excuse. i then went to apply for the Microsoft Lumia 535 which is on the Unlimited Lite contract for R599 pm x 24 and it so widely advertised and also states that this a FIRST AND ONLY DEAL FROM TELKOM only to find out from the sales consultant that there is no stock and that it was never ordered and may never come!!!! i then ask her who vasantha was as i had also emailed my request prior to me coming into the store but never got a response so i ended up speaking to her directly and she could give me no clarification on this subject .i still filled in the application forms and i was then offered a different phone with lower specs for the same price and a few other options at an higher price so i told Pranitha i will email her my choice only to be told there is also no stock of any of the phones i requested and she keeps telling me she will let me know when they will arrive! It seems to me that they do not keep any stock and are quite useles
