Really the worts service EVER!!

I have been struggling just to get my telkom contract upgraded for the last 3 weeks. Went to a few different stores which won't even try to order you the device you want, tried online but the price online and the one on their brochure is different. tried emailing an upgrade for which i have not received any feedback whatsoever. tried phoning customer care and get a new excuse every time i call. I am 200km away from the nearest telkom store, i have tried phoning them to find out whether they will e able to assist me, but no one ever answers the phone. I am at the point where i really am considering to cancel my telkom contract!!
