Really Telkom

I would not recommend Telkom Mobile to anyone. My phone is still under warranty but Samsung needs a copy of the contract to prove this. I think that it would be easier to contact the president, rather than getting a copy of your contract from Telkom Mobile. You can only obtain a copy of the contract at the store. Clearwater is tooooo busy to answer their phones and this 'technologically advanced company\ do not have a central place for contracts. The branch doesn't answer their phones because they are busy with walk in customers so you should call the call centre who can't help you....<br> <br> You have to go to the branch to sort this out. Really Telkom stop being archaic. Get with the programme and assist consumers. ...."
