Really slow internet Speeds

I have been trying to cancel my contract now for 2 months with no joy. All I get is calls saying that a technical advisor will contact me. I find it ridiculous that i pay for 200 gigs of data with internet speeds of up 1mbps. Please advise as to how I can get my cancellation fast tracked.
