Really, really bad service

Horrible , service ever ..I have been a Telkom customer for over 5 years , and this is not the first time I have been treated like this. I have relocated on the 30th November 2020 and I have been told a technician will be in my area within 5 days.The Friday before I moved a technician called me to do the installation, I told him I'm only moving the 30th which was the Monday, he said fine I should call him when Im in the new place..Monday when I called he said it's been rescheduled for Tuesday .On Tuesday when I called he said he is waiting for the job to be sent to him, everyday after that he ignored my messages, appointments was made with different agents 2 days after that for Wednesday and the Thursday until up to today no one has called , no sms no communication at all. Telkom treatment their customers so bad, I work from home and it's very stressful and frustrating to sit around everyday hoping a technician will call or just show up. Disgusting!
