really pathetic service regarding adsl line

<p>App**** more than two months ago. Keep receiving expectency date, technicians never arrive. I phone customer service and receive another date - with no technicians arriving. MULTIPLE TIMES the phone gets dropped. All this trouble over two months just for a line to be installed? Absolutely PATHETIC</p>
