Really Pathetic!!!!!

Telkom hostmaster has taken more than 2 weeks to sort out my email problem. I cannot access my email aliases on my domain. To make matters worse, I must create a new "Ticket Number" for every new issue, but the issues are all related and are not getting resolved. I emailed them a last week about my website not showing on Plesk properly, and have still not even received a reply. It takes Telkom host master 1 day or longer to reply to 1 email. This is very frustrating as we are running a business, but Telkom thinks they are the only business that matters. Disgusting!!!! If it really matters - don't do business with telkom, your business will be put on hold until they think they have time to serve you.
