Really disgusting service
Wow, I am so disgusted and disappointed in Telkom. I did an online order - was approved and my account debited. This was beginning of June! I received an sms on 14 June to say that i will receive my order 3-5 working days and guess what - NOTHING!!!!! not a phone call, sms or email from Telkom to let me know whats happening with my order. Each time I call the call centre I get a different story!!!!!! even emailed ********** and no response. SERIOUSLY?
