Really disappointed

I actually don't even feel that Telkom is worthy of one star except for their friendly staff on the phone.

We currently on day three of no internet access. I tried to resolve the problem yesterday the whole day, logged in faults, did all the test, phoned call centre, at 18h00 last night I managed to get it working trying from 10h00. This morning again no internet. I'm behond furious not only wasting money to make phone calls but also wasting family time trying to resolve this. This is not the first time.

Our WiFi connection when working is so poor that only one device can work properly. Even my five year old asks me if my WiFi on phone is off when she watches TV as it doesnt work then.

The connection is so poor I can't even load telkom website page, really a disgrace.

Furthermore many empty promises. We were suppose to get a WiFi router extender with our initial contract worth R499- didn't get that and when I enquire no-one is able to answer me.

We moved and got a R1000 bill when moving lines, no one told as we are going to pay this just got the bill. On website it says free moving of lines but we paid. Also was promised a free home phone when requesting move of line online - again as anticipated no phone received and once again no one can answer that.

We are also paying more R45 more p month than adverti*****t. Not only are we receiving bad connection, but we are paying for days and days without internet, having to buy extra data for phone from MTN for usage as internet not working. Paying more than we should and not receiving deals as advertised.

We tried to stay loyal as we didn't experience any problems the first year except for the router that we didn't receive (hoping for someone to attend to the problem) but this is really disgraceful and once again I'm losing precious time in the hope of Telkom to resolve our problems, giving our devices as promised and refunding fees.

And yes I have prove off all the above, saved all pictures of deals ect and poor connection.
