Really bad service from Telkom

A few Months ago I got me the service on a sim only service from Telkom, first off the service to get from telkom is great but that is where it ends.

I have since canceled my wifi service with telkom because of the zero support I get from the agents, every time you speak to someone they have a different story regarding how to help you or they can't help you.

I canceled this service 3 months ago and still they debit my account, I went into the store so they can assist me and they did and even showed me that the service is canceled, but they still debit my account like crazy.

I would say that telkom needs to look at the accounts and sort there problems out, they are going to lose a lot of client with this kind of service towards their clients.
