Really bad service from telkom
My landline has not been working from last week, every time I call telkom I have to wait on hold for so long and when I get through to someone finally all they do is say they will escalate the problem and someone will contact me. They also said it will be resolved within 24-48 hours, definitely before the weekend. It's now a whole week and still nothing. Highly disappointed with telkom and their service.

28 Sept 2017, 18:06My landline is not working again, it works for 2 weeks and then it's out again for 2 weeks, can't get hold of a technician, Take ages to call the call centre, utterly ridiculous service from telkom. Really thinking of changing over to another service provider.
