Really bad service

The staff here have no cooking clue what they are doing or talking about when it comes to their products. I left frustrated and went to Vodacom4u to assist me with their product. East Rand Mall is huge yet they don't have a technicians in the store. I'm amazed at that. Definitely won't be doing busy with this company.
