really bad service

After weeks of waiting for a phone telkom mobile eventually found the phone I ordered straight after my complaint. I went in Wednesday to sign for everything and they were offline so I was told they will phone me within two days to collect the phone that I waited so long for on Friday I called them a lot of times and no answer so I got in to my car and went there to find them just sitting there doing nothing but they cant take calls he only told me that the person still did not authorised it that they will call me. It is Monday today and still no answer and I have been calling since this morning and still no answer. I am very upset first telkom advertise phones that they dont have then there is no service.
