REALLY BAD SERVICE

I have settled my account with Telkom in the 22nd of november. I have called them on the 23rd and i have requested a paid up letter. I was told it takes 7 to 14 working days. Tomorrow is working day 14 and i haven't heard anything from them. I have been calling them non stop for nearly 3 weeks now and every time they just tell me that they will email the department that does the paid up letters because they do not have phones. Today when i called again i was told they dont have an email adress for my account. How terrible is that. I have been calling nearly every day and now you tell me you dont have an email adress for me. I am done fightijg with these dead brain people. I am waiting till the end of tomorrow and if i do not have my paid up letter i am taking legal action against telkom
