Really bad service

I have been having issues since December with my telkom line Telkom keeps closing my faults and marking them as complete just to fool there own procedures worst service and they just dont care about clients

terribly sorry for the frustration caused. Your fault is with the cables section and I have escalated to have them resolve the fault urgently.

As soon as feedback is provided I would be able to advise further.
