Really bad assistance and service

So i requested 2 deals from Telkom mobile, the sales team representative confirmed the deals, I trust you still the RECORDING, but only loaded the one deal, and now its such a mission to get hold of anyone to assist with the second deal, your social media team is utter useless and don't know whats cutting, no ones picking up the phone if I do attempt calling, even worse is that no one ever tried to make contact with me, please people I would advise against using Telkom mobile, worste service ever!!!!
