Really bad adsl speed and service

<p>When I first ordered my line I was informed by the call center that I would get 4mb speed. Once they installed the line the maximum speed was 2mb which I got constantly. So I phoned the call center because I was getting charged for 4mb and could only get 2mb so they down graded my line then all of a sudden I can only get 0.8mb the fastest. I logged a fault and they sent out a very helpful technican who said that I needed to log a change of exchange. Which I did and I have had no feed back so I called up and they now say they can't move me to an exchange which is 1km away from my house versus the exchange which is 4 km away. This is such bad service I can not believe in this day and age that a company like Telekom can only offer me a speed of 0.8mb it sometimes goes as low as 0.08mb what a joke. Don't use telkom rather go with some else that you don't need to use telecoms infrastructure. I can't wait for Web Africa who is in the process of installing fibre in my area to be up and running so that I never have to use Telekom ever again in my life and I'm going to make sure that everyone that I know is made aware of how backwards telkom is.</p>
