Really amazing service received

I would just like to commend Danru on absolutely amazing service! After struggling to get hold of Telkom telephonically or via email to have ADSL activated, we decided to visit a branch, the service at the branches is extremlt slow, and you guys might want to look into that. We got to the one in Cape Town on a Saturday at around 12.01pm, the branch had just closed. Danru and another colleague were on there way out, however he provided his email address so that we could contact him and he would get back to us on Monday. Which he did, we sent him all necessary information and within 48hrs my line was activated. he was extremely friendly and contacted me at any stage that he needed additional information. Thanks so much for you assistance, you are certainly an asset to Telkom :)
