Really?

I have been trying to cancel one of our landline numbers since end of Sept 2018. I have dealt with +-4 different call centre agents and NOONE IS HELPING ME. on 2 Nov a consultant confirmed telephonically that all is in order and the line will be cancelled. today I phoned and Mozipo said there is NO cancellation captured?? I resent all documents as per her request and asked her to reply that she has received everything. SHE HAS NOT YET REP****. I was told I can only follow up 30days after the request. which I have done from the beginning. I cannot keep phoning, requesting then following up 30 days later just to find out nothing has been done!! we need this sorted immediately !
