Really

I am quite disappointed in telkom. I went to all the trouble of standing in the line for 45 minutes at the clearwater branch (seriously lazy and unproductive staff) to apply for a line. Get everything done and a bunch of confirmation sms's and then out of nowhere today I get an sms to say sorry there isn't enough infrastructure in your area. I had to then call in so I could understand what they meant by this only to be told well tough luck u can't have a line and the only alternative is LTE which isn't available in my area! The service I received was really bad and disappointing I mean come on, don't u need new business? Your just going to turn me away like that???
