Real BAD service from a Franchise Telkom shop

After explaining that the Telkom shop at Mall of Africa send me to the Kayalami coner Telkom shop. Because they’re a franchise and should carry a bigger variation of stock so they might be able to assist me to upgrade my laptop data plan faster.... I told the lady who didn’t have a name tag that I’m willing to wait if she has to order the laptop in for me, seeing she didn’t have any stock, on which she rep**** she had to confirm with her manager. I said that’s all good cause I’m not going back to the shop at Mall of Africa to do what I can do with her seeing both are the same distance & I’m already here. After she got of the phone she said sorry they can’t assist me, I reiterated my point that I don’t mind waiting if they have to order, on which she rep**** no sorry best you go to another store!!! I said no problem seeing as Kayalami corner’s Telkom shop is so helpful in saving petrol money & traveling time the least I can do is to give them a bad review... She then said no please don’t & asked for my number to see if she can maybe help me, it’s been 40 min this far still no come back! Steer clear of Kayalami Corner’s Telkom Shop they’re worse then the Telkom run shops!!!
