Ready to cancel a disappointing and sad service

In mid November 2016 my internet service just stopped working. On enquiry a technician was dispatched a day or two later and I was told that there damage done to a box on the road somewhere. I was advised that parts were ordered and we should have the service up and running again soon.

A weekly followup was was done all through December and I kept getting the Same story "there is problem in your area and we are working on it".

In Jan my actual call line went dead and This is went on all through Jan 17 and mid way through feb and after numerous call I was finally advised that the issue on the road had been sorted and they would be dispatching a technician to fix my line at my home.

Apparently telkom has a no call policy to check if residents are home and when would be a convince to time to come around as on more than one occasion I had Neighbour's tell me that telkom was here, hooted twice and drove off. What is the point of leaving a contact number if it was not going to be used.

So so almost three months down the line with no internet and 2 months with no telephone line, I am still being billed normally with a minimum rebate. My account has always been in credit for as long as I can remember.

I am so fed up that i need to use my own cellphone to speak to *********** consultants who has no clue about what I am talking about no followup is made and no effort in customer service.

So so telkom you have till Friday the 10th of March 2017 to sort my line out or I will be cancelling this service. I expect to hear from you soon
