RE-Telkom Broken Phone Sale

I have no words for their terrible service! they sold me an old phone in a broken box and **** to me that the box got damaged during shipment but the phone is fine. and three days later the phone screen froze and and LCD misbehaved. I returned the phone exactly on the seventh day and I was told that they will book the phone for repairs. I asked many question and got no answer besides that phone must go for repairs! The sales consultant who helped me was not there to give her statement and I am still wait until today for their feedback but at the moment I have no phone!!! If there's anyone who can help me I would appreciate your assistant. I am disgusted and disappointed.
