re-instated debit order for STOPPED service

I've asked Telkom to stop my account with them on 9 Nov, and personally also stopped their debit order through my bank (due to their infamously known lack of service)... It's now 14 Dec, and they automatically reinstated my debit order and debited my account for 2 months payments. What will it take to stop an account with them?! #brokenSystem
