Re hello peter complaint Telkom ref SM212962

I lodged a complaint on Hello Peter some time back regarding my defective Cellular phone. I spoke to msny call centre consultants but call centre the problem must be addressed by store. When i go to store they say nothing is loaded by call centre and this is a back and gorth struggle. I thought Hello Peter is an avenue where consumers can get some help. Yes every time i complain I get a response that matter is being dealt but is it really being dealt with or are fotmalities being met so that Hello Peter does not follow ip abd the consumer mudt dit back and be treated unfairly. Kindly cancell my contract if matter can not be resolved. My himblest apologies for troubling but i am really tired being thrown pillar to post by the giant corpiration.
