I must say the only reason I'm giving Telkom a 5 star is coz of your technician named Raymond in Richards bay, what an absolute champ, such a nice guy and actually cares about client satisfaction and goes out his way to help.. I hope you treat him well and if all your employees were as efficient as him Telkom would be a dream
