Raw deal Pathetic service

I have raised a complaint with telkom in October 2017 and to date the Centurion Telkom mobile store is not able to assist me. So after the company refused to take responsibility for their mistakes I submitted a request to cancel my contract.

to say that am disappointed with them is an understatement.... Am disgusted. they have no customer service. The store manager has not even bothered to respond to my query instead everyday o go in store am sent from one pillar to other.
