Rating should be a zero

The customer service I’ve experienced has been extremely disappointing. I went in to cancel my Wi-Fi, only to have my cellphone contract canceled as well. When calling customer service, I was transferred repeatedly without resolution, and when I asked to escalate the matter, my call was muted and left unanswered.

After being a loyal customer for over 15 years, this level of service is completely unacceptable.
