Rating should be -5!!

I wish I could give you -5 as a rating. So frustrating deal with your call center even. No internet for over a day and the call center agent is telling me he can't put me through to a manager or a technician. He says that a tech came out to access the fault, but NOBODY was at our house to assess anything...

Telkom has now been cancelled as of the end of the month, had enough with pathetic service!
