I had a landline with Telkom that is in arrears. Telkom suspended my landline which is understood. I made contact with Telkom and they said that I can not cancel my landline before I pay my debt. I can offord to pay them about R500 a month but my monthly billing is about R400 which means that R100 will go towards my current debt. Would you pay for something they took away from you? I do not recieve any incoming calls on the line nor can I use the line for anything else. Yet I am being billed each month for a suspended line. I asked Telkom to cancel the line so that the billing can stop in order for me to pay off the current amount. They told me so clearly that I can not cancel my landline and that I will continue to be billed for a suspended line.

Telkom here's what's gonna happen now. In about 4 years you will have no choice but to write off my debt. I am willing to pay my debt if you are willing to cancel my line. You are *****ing people over. What happens to me will happen to you. I'm *****ing back...
