Rather go with another ISP, Telkom says

Although it seems that Telkom business is not replying to any HelloPeter reviews, this review will just add on to many of the unhappy clients already out there. Fibre has been installed in our area, Vumatel has a long list of ISP's. Because we have always preferred and promoted Telkom, we really want to support them further as they have good deals and packages. When doing a coverage check through the top suggested ISP's, it shows we can place an order for fiber. However not Telkom. Phoning the call centre is a dead-end. Speaking to Telkom managers, also a dead-end. Guess what they say. Rather go with someone else like Vodacom or Vox or Afrihost. It is a pity that Telkom thinks they DO NOT NEED customer's pocket money to make their business survive. What happened to Customer Centricity?
