Rank incompetence and de facto theft

<p>After fighting with these ******* for a year to cancel my contract and have my monies returned, I was eventually successful in Sept. no no... that's a lie... I'm still having money removed from my account! I was told my account had been cancelled! I am sick and tired of this. </p>
