Rafeeqah (Social Media team)

I would like to thank Rafeeqah from the social media department in Telkom for the outstanding work and professionalism in sorting out my problem since May 2017. Rafeeqah went to extremes and co-ordinated line installations, and service activations which was not her duty to do so! She was with me since she took over my case, right to the end for which I am grateful! I wrongfully vented my anger at her towards the end which was not her fault, of which I apologise. She went out of her way to ensure that I was satisfied. Telkom, you need more people like Rafeeqah, who unfair on her, was at the receiving end of my anger and frustration due to Telkom employee’s mistakes.

Anyone who has a Telkom problem, and escalates this to Hellopeter, trust me, if Rafeeqah is assigned to your case, consider yourself lucky as she will ensure that you will be sorted!!!! Keep up the excellent work Rafeeqah!!!
