Rafeeqah is a service champion

<p>recently i had experienced terrible service from the Cancellation department at Telkom whereby i had cancelled my services in November last year and i have been struggling since then , the Matter is nearing its end with my cancellation, despite the issues i had i would like to extend my sincere gratitude towards Rafeeqah at Hello peter department of Telkom Sa i have received the best service from Him/her (I currently don't know the gender ) i have been receiving updates from him/her on a regular basis and via email she enquirers if there's anything else she can assist with I would like to say "I really appreciate your service, support and ownership you took to try and resolve the matter caused by another department its people like you who change other people's world </p>
