Rafeeqah HP Telkom ignoring

I am having endless problems with Telkom regarding my ADSL transfer. After numerous complaints, Rafeeqah has advised that the manager of the cabling department will provide feedback within 7 to 14 working days. I emailed Rafeeqah on 11th day and she ignored my email, not even an acknowledgement of receipt email! Today is 14 working days, I emailed her yet again, SHE IGNORES. I will forward my complaint to ICASA now, as there is NOBODY at Telkom who can provide answers.
