<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I was very annoyed when I went to the telkom store at walmer park port elizabeth. I was standing on the line waiting to be assisted and all the assistants were busy with customers except this one lady who was busy on the phone. I waited patiently for her to finish up with her call and then assist me. Suddenly a "well dressed" white man came in the store. She quickly finished up with the call and asked if she could assist him leaving me standing there. I felt very angry and walked out of the store to calm myself down. I came back after a few minutes and complained to the manager who was very cold and said "ill have a word with her." I did not recieve any apology. </span></p>
