A one star is actually pushing it. Should be a no-star. The service is beyond pathetic! The website is a disaster. The consultants even worse! One is sent from pillar to post and ultimately no-one seems to be able to help! And try any of the supposed customer care numbers, and one gets an automated service! But the real wringer is when the best they can do is suggest YOU GO TO A TELKOM STORE!!!
