R99 deal

<p>I'm really not impressed with the service I'm getting from Kolonade branch. I app**** for a R99 big deal about two weeks ago. It took the whole two weeks for me to get feedback on my application which I was told it was going to take 24 to 72 hours max. Now two weeks later when I finally get feedback about my application I'm told it was declined because I have a low credit score. Can I please have clarity on that as I don't understand. It's really strange that I qualify for a brand new car but don't qualify for a R99 contract. Another thing I'm registered with transunion to receive an sms whenever a credit enquiry is done on my profile but that did not happen with Telkom however when I called the branch checking how far is my application I was told it's still under credit check.
