R99 contract
I took out a R99 contract around May June2017. So my bill in total should be R99 , but then they started charging me eidiculous amounts of R699, R1300, and so on . They plan to deduct R+-R2000 month end and I again will reverse as I feel if they deduct that amount then in 4months I shouldbe done with my contract .I have called theu have told me they can see its a R99 sim and will investigate . This was three months ago still nothing . I should owe them R1100, which I have no problem to pay what I want to know is where the other R900 is coming from. If its reversal charges then its there fault to start with . They should have charged what is due to them and not a cent less. I have now decided to go to the ombudsman to have it all squashed.Worst service ever and the consultants in some branches even worse
