R99 Bundle dissapointment

Hello I bought telkom mobile SIM card today. After that I bought an airtime so that I can convert it to bundles. i googled how to to convert , Only to find I chose unsuitable bundle option called Internet starter bundle or something. Since I`ve noticed, I chose the wrong service I called the call center for help, asking for clarity on buying bundles. They said ill get 200 MB amonth for 12 months until the 2GB is finished. I`ve asked them to change it to normal, since it was a confusing matter and its impossible for me to use 200 MB a month. 200 MB ITS NOTHING!!! I even asked te lady to unsubsribe me, she said they cant. I need assistance on this matter as the first time user of telkom mobile.
