R899 promotion Being billed but no items
No follow up to my complaint via Telkom Shop or HelloPeter from 16 March Still waiting items from R899 upgrade yet being billed since February. 2 year contract promotion yet no items and no response except SM98864 complaint no. which Telkom Shop say they cannot track. It is like talking to a black hole where Telkom are taking my money without delivering on their contract. Listen to your recording of the telkom telesales
