R800 a month for 2 meg ADSL Line

Long story short. Ordered a Telkom ADSL 4 meg line on 15 Feb which I was told was the fastest I could get, MWEB then checked and said the fastest I could get in my area was 2 meg which I then confirmed with Telkom was indeed correct. Telkom said they would correct this on the billing and that I should lay a query (on the same day as I ordered my line?) Gave all banking details AGAIN (I have had a 20GIG 3G @R199 sim with Telkom already which comes off on a monthly basis)

08 April - I get an sms stating that I owe R1529 and the line would be cut. I phone Telkom to query incorrect 4 meg line amount which should be a 2 meg line. Apologies made and banking details given again as no debit order has come off.

10 May - Acount received for R2337 stating that R400 will be debited off on 30 May. Still no debit order coming off.

25 May - Message received that account has been suspended. Phone in and am told that Telkom have the wrong banking details (refer to 20GIG package coming off on a monthly basis). Account has NOT been changed to a 2 meg line either. Must pay R2337 to resume account immediately or I can wait until the end of June when the credited amount will come off my account and service will resume.

How is this my fault Telkom? Why do I need to wait 6 weeks to have my ADSL up and running again when you are not only billing me incorrectly, but also not taking the correct monies off my account which I have requested 3 times now? Why should I pay you extra money with the hope of one day receiving a credit. Could someone please take responsibilty for this?
