R790 on a R149 contract
following my previous review for the supplier, Telkom social media team advised that the unauthorised R500 spend charged would be credited however my statement still reflects the incorrect amount and thus R 790 has been debited from my account instead of R450 for Sept, Oct and Nov. I have had no choice but to reverse the amount and now my line has been suspended. Please advise if I can take this as if my contract has been terminated so I can get myself a data network that actually cares about its customers.

I am still waiting for response regarding this review. To make matters worse, my line was suspended in December but I've been billed for something that I haven't used and paid because Telkoms fault. I don't have a problem paying for the months Ive used but not willing to pay the R500 increase in spend limit and December and jan as the line was blocked. this is very frustrating because im sitting with a debt an blocked wifi yet you expect me to pay for a service I did not received. can someone please urgently investigate this matter for me and PHONE me back. I have written numerous complains but nooe ssems to be interested in helping me
