R250 loaded on Telkom suspended sim card!!!

I bought a sim and phone from Pep, early June and added over R500 for airtime, now i loaded R250 airtime again for my mom you decided to block sim, and when I call 180, the ivr machine says that number *** is suspended due to non payment, payment for what?

Its prepaid why did you suspend the sim?

Now i wasted R250 into a suspended number??? Please pay back that R250 and the free airtime that comes wit it, to my active number *** fast..

I must travel to Telkom branch????

Your free call 180 is useless because the options are not relevant to my query...
