R250 AIRTIME BOUGHT BUT INVALID VOUCHER PIN!

I bought telkom airtime via my cellphone on sunday night and received the following: FNB :-) R250.00 Telkom airtime from EASY ACC. Recharge voucher no: ********** ********** 71, Serial no: ********** ********** 0130. Ref SW1RBWGTD. For help call ********** 405 HOWEVER, when i tried to load the airtime the voucher numbers was invalid. I phoned Fnb (from whom i purchased) the airtime and was told it was a telkom problem and the voucher is most probably a used voucher. Now what?
