R2000 taken for no reason at all

I have had my wireless internet from them for a little under two years now, and got told that I could switch to a new data plan at no cancellation fee or extra cost, and then the next moment they debit R2000 for no apparent reason!<br> <br> After having raised and fought this on multiple occasions, they keep telling me that they will credit my account with them, so that the next couple of bills would instead be paid out of the money they stole from me. After 4 months, having this cycle happen each and every month, it is still not done, and I have just been billed again.<br> <br> This is beyond unacceptable and appalling; I had different plans on for that money than giving it away for free!!
