R150 THROWN AWAY

I bought airtime from Ok furniture and unfortunately lost the airtime voucher. I went back to the store to check if they can't assist they printed a serial number for the voucher. I then called telkom and I was told that they cannot assist me I need a voucher pin. If I had the pin I wouldn't have called for assistance. I was then told that they apologise for the inconvenience, which means I lost R100 and there was no effort to assist even when I requested for the supervisor I was told that nothing can be done.if im unable to get my airtime ill change networks and ill take my wife and son with me, been a loyal customer for 5+ years
