R140 DATA NOT ALLOCATED AFTER PURCHASE FOR DAYS

I bought a sim card yesterday and immediately loaded R135 data 4 gig, to my suprise i still dont have the data i purchased.

If i call the call center they tell me about back office and i have to wait atleast 3 days for an answer, i just my data.

I have seen such incompetence from a service provider, the call centre staff useless they know nothing but ONLY BACK OFFICE.

I need my money back full refund, so that i can go back to my MTN, expensive but better service.
