R139 DATA TO BE REFUNDED

I bought data on 31 December 2020 to the about of R139, but couldn't understand why it didn't load on my tablet. So on the 3rd, I went to Telkom mobile in Cape Gate, Cape Town to find out what's going on. Told me my nr was given to a Jacobs, without informing me. I wanted to know what's happening with the data I bought. She informed me, I lost it, and there's nothing I can do about it. Then she told me after insisting that I'm not happy about it, that she locked a call and will receive a call within 30 minutes. It's a day later and I'm still waiting.
